"I was having issues with a third-party company in alliance with my leasing office regarding my renters insurance policy. For months I had been charged a non compliance fee, although I had an active insurance policy. Multiple times I had to get in contact with the third-party company and show proof of my insurance while requesting a refund for the months charged and kept getting the run around and being told that a refund would not be possible. Additionally, they told me that I had “canceled” my policy months previous and that also put me out of eligibility for any kind of refund - but I knew this was untrue so I called StateFarm and explained my situation to a lovely representative named Averion. She immediately text me her email address so I could forward her the email thread, and was then able to send her own email explaining my active policy and the inaccuracy of any “canceled” policy. Due to Averion’s professionalism, immediate action, and care for her client, I was able to FINALLY get a refund and solidify my policy within the third-party company’s system - thank you, Averion!!!!
