"When I bought a new car, I tried adding it to my policy on the State Farm app as well as the State Farm website, several days in a row and could not. I finally called the office and they verified they were having technical difficulties. Tanya helped me on the spot and was able to add my new car to the policy and then promptly sent me a copy for my records. This State Farm office has the best customer service I have ever dealt with. Friendly, knowledgeable, and expedient!"
