"I switched to State Farm after years of bouncing around different companies and never feeling valued. State Farm customer service is the reason why I’ve stayed! Best local service office I’ve ever worked with. This was my review just 6 months ago but since then they dropped my policy after 2 minor fender benders totaling less than $4k in 3 years. They opened one case under the wrong car and then opened another under the right one but now both of these show as accidents. So while I had 2, they show 3. When I tried to explain that they had it documented wrong, they just said I was being dropped. When I signed up at a different company they showed me the three being counted against me. No one from State Farm claims has returned my calls to clear it up."
